A Little More About Kimberly

Hello! I'm so glad that you made it here! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor supporting older teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I believe healing begins with understanding yourself in the context of your past experiences and current relationships.

My work is grounded in attachment and systems perspectives, and I integrate approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR-informed techniques. I also help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, boundaries, and healthier communication.

I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change and move toward a more connected and grounded life.
