I enjoy working with individuals and couples aged 18 and older, providing person-centered services customized to meet the needs of each client. I believe there is hope for every situation and will work with you to understand and unravel the burdens of your past and cur-rent area of concern. I will serve you with empathy and kindness. I hold firm to the power of learning to advocate for self and will help you explore what this means for you, to look at your whole self: mind, body, and spirit, to work towards optimal health.
50 years of a diverse life has gotten me to the point where I want to give back and help others. I’ve started a multi-million-dollar business and have been a top salesperson in several fields. A health and fitness journey to lose 130 pounds and free myself from the crippling effects of obesity on my health and life. Family, parenthood, marriage, divorce, depression, anxiety, personal growth, dating after divorce, a 2nd marriage, and faith among other things have given me a unique perspective on life along with my training as a Master Certified Life Coach and a Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader.
