We’re Hiring: Trauma-Focused Therapist
EMDR & Deep Trauma Processing Specialist
✨ Because there’s more to life.
At Moore Life Counseling, our mission is rooted in a powerful truth: "Because there's more to life" We don’t just help clients cope; we walk with motivated individuals who are ready to dive into the deeper work to reclaim their lives.
We are expanding our collaborative, relational, and beautifully creative team. We are looking for an outside-the-box therapist who is deeply passionate about trauma processing and eager to work on the cutting edge of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Who You Are:
- EMDR Trained: You are already trained in EMDR (or highly motivated to complete it) and want to make it a cornerstone of your practice.
- Forward-Thinking: You are fascinated by the intersection of trauma processing and medicine, with a strong desire to specialize in Ketamine-Assisted EMDR.
- Not familiar with Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy™️? No worries! Let's chat about training!
- Collaborative & Relational: You thrive in a team environment where cases are discussed creatively, rejecting the traditional "silo" private practice model.
- Group-Oriented: You are excited to facilitate processing groups, therapy groups, and groups utilizing creative or experiential modalities to complement individual trauma work.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Advanced Specialization: Get supported in expanding your toolkit into Ketamine-Assisted EMDR and advanced trauma modalities.
- Creative Freedom: We value unconventional, relational, and experiential approaches.
- Motivated Clientele: Work with clients who are actively seeking and ready for deep, transformative healing.
How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about why our mission, "because there's more to life," resonates with your vision for trauma healing.
We’re Hiring: Trauma-Informed Therapist
DBT, Skills, & Resourcing Specialist
✨ Because there’s more to life.
We are seeking a relational, creative therapist who loves the structure of DBT and skills training, but wants to use it in an innovative way: as a crucial resourcing tool to prepare motivated clients for deeper trauma work.
Who You Are:
- DBT & Skills Enthusiast: You use DBT effectively but don't want to be boxed into a rigid, clinical checklist. You know how to apply these tools creatively and relationally. Or you're willing to learn!
- Trauma-Informed: You understand how emotional dysregulation intersects with trauma and are open to learning how DBT serves as the perfect launchpad for resourcing clients for deeper trauma work.
- A Group Leader: A major component of your role will be facilitating skills training groups, therapy groups, and experiential/processing groups. You know how to command a room with warmth and clinical expertise.
- Outside-the-Box Thinker: You look at clients holistically and collaborate with our trauma processing specialists to transition clients seamlessly through their healing journey.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Innovative Integration: See your DBT and skills training work directly fuel profound, long-term trauma recovery.
- A True Team Approach: We work closely together to wrap around our clients—your work sets the stage for their freedom.
- Dynamic Environment: No boring days. You’ll balance individual clients with a vibrant, experiential group practice.
How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief note about why building a foundation for "because there's more to life" excites you!
