You’re More Than What You’re Going Through

Mental health struggles are something you experience—they are not who you are. I believe that every person has their own story, strengths, and capacity for growth, even when life feels overwhelming or simply a lot.

I’m passionate about helping individuals develop greater emotional well-being, build practical skills, and move toward the life they want. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be honest about what’s going on—without having to have all the answers (or pretend you do).

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges, grief, and other life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and grief-informed counseling, and I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches so that our work can be tailored to you, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

Most importantly, you are the expert on your own experience. I see my role as a partner and guide—not someone sitting across from you with a clipboard full of answers. Together, we can explore what’s been getting in the way, build on the strengths you already have, and develop new ways of coping and moving forward.

It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your healing journey. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
