Sometimes we know that something feels off, but we don’t understand why or what to do about it.

You might notice that your emotions take over before you have time to make sense of what’s happening. Maybe you replay a conversation for hours afterward, or question whether you were “too much” or “not enough.” Maybe you’ve spent years adapting to difficult experiences, becoming whatever you needed to be to get through them. And now those patterns still show up in how you see yourself, navigate relationships, or respond when things feel uncertain.

You may want something to change but not know how to shift patterns that feel almost automatic. Therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of your experiences. It can help you get to know the parts of yourself that developed in response to what you’ve been through. Therapy doesn’t have to be about becoming a different person. It can be about knowing yourself more deeply, building skills to move through life with greater intention, and feeling more at peace with who you are.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally sensitive. I recognize that the strategies we develop to cope often serve an important purpose, even when they no longer feel helpful. Rather than judging those patterns, we’ll work together to understand where they came from, what they’re communicating, and what you may need moving forward to live a fuller, more connected life.

I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate narrative therapy, schema therapy, and relationally based approaches. Healing looks different for everyone, so my goal is to tailor treatment to your individual needs, collaboratively.

I’m currently accepting individuals ages 12 and up for:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Borderline Personality Disorder
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Self-esteem
  • Other mood-related concerns and disorders

I offer in-person and secure telehealth sessions Monday-Thursday from 9am to 4pm, and telehealth-only sessions on Fridays from 9am to 12pm.
